Stunning ocean view experience

Waking up to breathtaking ocean views from my room was mesmerizing! The staff were incredibly helpful, making my stay feel extra special. Sunset moments were unforgettable!

Unfortunately, the dining options felt limited and often slow, making me wish for quicker meal solutions. The service could definitely use a boost during peak hours.

The ocean views from my room were stunning! ! The beach offered beautiful white sand and clear water, perfect for relaxation. The large pools were well-maintained and provided a serene atmosphere.

Customer service left much to be desired. Staff appeared uninterested and unhelpful at times, creating a frustrating experience. Additionally, the dining options were limited and overly pricey, making meals an expensive affair.

The ocean view from my Premium Guest Room was spectacular, and enjoying dinner at the Brassa Grill was a highlight, with fresh meat that truly impressed us. The beach offered a serene experience, perfect for relaxation. However, service at the pool area could be improved, as a few servers were inattentive. Additionally, the slippery tiles around the pool raised safety concerns, and a limited dining variety was noted. Despite these issues, the stay was enjoyable and memorable.

Insufficient snack options in the store!!! Air conditioning needed in restaurants and bars!!! Noise from chairs in adjoining rooms can be disruptive!!! Gym too small for a resort of this caliber!!!

The scenery and beach are impressive, and the room was spacious and clean with a great view. However, the food options were limited and the service could be better—there were issues with loud music at night and uncomfortable beach chairs.

Had an lovely experience here with my partner, the beach was pristine and the sunsets were a sight to behold. The staff was really good, especially this chef who prepared the best seafood I’ve ever had, we even got to chat with him about his recipes which only made it better.

It wasn’t cheap but what can you expect for such luxury, right?
